Boiling dryer is a widely used drying equipment for various solid materials. Due to its advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection, it has been favored by more and more manufacturers.
Boiling dryer is a device that dries solid materials through heating and airflow. Its working principle is to place the wet material in a heated container throughout the entire drying process, allowing it to interact with high-speed airflow, thereby achieving the purpose of evaporating moisture.
The workflow of a boiling dryer can be divided into the following steps:
1. Pour the wet material into the boiling dryer;
2. By heating, the temperature inside the boiling dryer gradually increases;
3. When the internal temperature of the boiling dryer rises to a certain level, water vapor will form on the surface of solid materials, causing rapid boiling of the material surface and forming a "boiling bed";
4. The high-speed drying gas enters the "boiling bed" from the bottom of the dryer and passes through the wet material layer, taking away water vapor and moisture;
5. The dried material is discharged from the top of the dryer while removing moisture from the dryer, completing the entire drying process.
Boiling dryers are widely used in fields such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, and environmental protection, mainly for drying, dehydrating, and drying various solid materials.
In the food industry, boiling dryers are suitable for drying grains such as rice, wheat, broad beans, or dried chili peppers such as Sichuan peppercorns. In the chemical industry, boiling dryers are commonly used for drying various chemical raw materials, fertilizers, etc. In the pharmaceutical industry, boiling dryers are mainly used for drying pharmaceuticals, such as various traditional Chinese medicinal materials and Western medicinal materials. In the metallurgical industry, boiling dryers are widely used for drying various ores and concentrates. In the field of environmental protection, boiling dryers are also widely used for drying urban waste, sludge, and other materials.
