Spiral belt mixer is a device that uses dynamic principles to uniformly mix different materials through the interaction of spiral motion and spiral belt rotation. The process principle is to use the different properties of powder, particles, flakes, and wet materials, and utilize natural conditions such as mechanical force, gravity, and differential pressure to continuously and repeatedly roll and mix the mixture for a certain period of time, so that different materials can be fully mixed and achieve uniform mixing.
The process principle of the screw belt mixer is to utilize the dual motion of the screw belt and spiral inside the tank to achieve continuous and repeated rolling of the entire material, achieving uniform mixing. The specific process principles can be divided into the following aspects:
1. Spiral motion
When the equipment is working, the motor drives the reducer, which drives the rotation of the screw. The screw drives the rotation of the screw belt through the transmission sprocket. Then, with a certain amount of auxiliary force, the material is poured from the material discharge port into the spiral feed port, and mixing begins. The mixture moves upwards with the rotation of the spiral, and when it comes into contact with the tank wall, it will experience a certain amount of friction, gradually mixing with other materials.
2. Spiral belt rotation
In addition to the spiral motion, the spiral belt can also rotate through the hollow shaft placed inside the tank to achieve better mixing effect. At the same time, the rotation speed and direction of the spiral are opposite to that of the tank body, making the interaction between the spiral and the spiral tighter and resulting in better mixing effect. In addition, the relative position of the spiral and the helix can also affect the mixing effect. Different relative positions can achieve changes in the internal flow of the fluid, which is more conducive to uniform mixing.
3、 重力
In the process principle of the screw belt mixer, gravity is also a very important factor. Due to the effect of gravity during the movement of mixed materials, they tend to accumulate downwards, resulting in a tighter mixing effect and the elimination of suspended substances in the air. This accelerates the exchange rate between different materials, leading to a more uniform mixing. At the same time, the normal working range of inclination is 0-60 degrees, which also provides a special uplift and rolling for the material through the rotation of the spiral. This special motion state makes the dynamic exchange between different materials more uniform and fast.
4. Differential pressure
In the process principle of screw belt mixer, differential pressure is an important indicator of mixing effect. Adjust the mixing effect of materials within a certain range by increasing or decreasing the pressure of airflow or vacuum. In the process, different mixing effects can be achieved by adjusting the differential pressure value. Generally speaking, increasing the differential pressure value appropriately is beneficial for the interlocking between multiple layers of materials, thereby making the mixing effect more uniform.
