Ultra fine vibration mill is a laboratory equipment used for crushing, grinding, mixing, and synthesizing materials. Its compact structure, convenient use, and easy operation make it one of the ideal testing equipment for various industries such as modern pharmaceuticals, chemicals, metallurgy, building materials, grain, electronics, etc.
The ultrafine vibration mill consists of a host, an electrical control box, a vibrator, a silicon dioxide generator, and a feeder. It is mainly divided into AC motor, reducer, casing, powder chamber, turbine, base plate, feeder and other parts.
Process Principle
In the ultrafine vibration mill, the motor drives the turbine in the milling chamber to rotate at high speed through a reducer, while controlling the vibration motion of both the turbine and the milling chamber. At the same time of high-speed rotation, the centrifugal force generated by the turbine causes the added sample to be quickly ground, milled, and mixed. Through repeated oscillation and friction, the sample is rapidly crushed and mixed in the powder chamber, achieving the effect of ultrafine grinding.
The vibration frequency and amplitude of the machine have a significant impact on the crushing effect and sample characteristics throughout the entire grinding process. Therefore, the electric control box of the ultrafine vibration mill can regulate the vibration frequency and amplitude to meet different processing requirements for different substances.
Application field
Ultra fine vibration grinding is widely used in various fields such as grinding, crushing, and mixing of materials. Specifically, it can be used in the following scenarios:
1. Preparation of ultrafine powder: The ultrafine grinder can produce very fine powders that are superior to traditional circulating mills in terms of fineness, surface area, and particle size.
2. Grinding biological samples: In the biomedical field, ultrafine grinders can be used to grind biological samples such as cells, tissues, viruses, etc. for subsequent research.
3. Grinding metal blocks: The ultrafine grinder can also grind metal blocks with high hardness, such as ceramics, hard metal alloys, etc.
4. Synthetic alloys: Ultra fine pulverizers can also be used as a research and development experimental tool for synthetic materials, utilizing their powerful and precise powder making function to uniformly mix and prepare precise composite materials.
