Boiling granulator is a commonly used equipment in the pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries, mainly used for producing granular solid preparations. In order to ensure the normal operation and prolong the service life of the boiling granulator, certain operating procedures need to be followed. The following are the operating procedures for the boiling granulator.
1、 Preparation before operation
Before starting to use the boiling granulator, it should be confirmed that its power and ground wires are properly connected, that all pipelines are clean and free of defects, and that the operating parts are in good condition. Operators should wear protective equipment such as insulated gloves and safety shoes.
2、 Operation steps
1. Turn on the main power and adjust according to the constant temperature setting requirements.
2. Open the feed valve and exhaust valve, and add pre weighed raw materials from the material box.
3. When the material falls down, adjust the air pressure moderately to keep it within an appropriate range.
4. When the material in the tray reaches a certain level, the discharge port and level should be adjusted appropriately. Generally, the material interval is about 1 to 2 seconds.
5. When the output of the material is controlled within the normal range, the flow rates of the gas inlet and outlet can be adjusted to maintain an appropriate reaction temperature and pressure.
6. After the operation is completed, first close the discharge port, and then turn off the power after the exhaust valve and feed valve are closed.
3、 Precautions
1. When processing different types of raw materials, it is necessary to clean or replace relevant pipelines and accessories to avoid cross contamination of raw materials.
2. It is not allowed to change the equipment combination, replace accessories, or repair its own faults at will, and it must be carried out under the guidance of the equipment operation and commissioning department.
3. The operator must maintain a clean and tidy working environment, and must not stack debris around the equipment, nor use water and other liquids to apply or spray cleaning equipment at will.
