1、 Instructions for use
1. The sugar coating machine should be placed in a well ventilated and waterless area.
2. Before use, check whether all components are intact and undamaged. If there are any abnormalities, stop the sugar coating machine in a timely manner and conduct maintenance.
3. The sugar coating machine should be plugged into a socket using a grounded plug. Avoid using multiple sockets to share a single plug socket, and avoid connecting excessively long and thin cables to the sugar coating machine.
4. Before turning on the machine, it is necessary to check the fit of the copper wire, whether it is loose, and whether the power plug is properly connected. If there are any problems, please contact the maintenance personnel in a timely manner.
5. During use, do not disassemble the machine or change its structure at will to avoid affecting its normal use and to avoid safety accidents.
6. If there is a leakage in the machine, the power should be turned off in a timely manner and maintenance personnel should be contacted for inspection to avoid safety accidents.
7. The operating temperature of the sugar coating machine is 40-50 ℃. Please maintain a suitable indoor temperature during use to avoid overheating or overcooling that may affect the production of sugar coating.
8. The service life of the sugar coating machine is generally 40-50 minutes, and it is necessary to take appropriate breaks while cleaning the machine to increase its lifespan.
2、 Operating standards
1. Before turning on the machine, candy or pill samples should be placed on the medicine tray for testing.
2. Check the temperature control parameters of the sugar coating machine to ensure clean sugar coating quality.
3. At the appropriate temperature, turn on the machine and adjust the speed. The speed is generally 10-30 revolutions per minute.
4. Put the candy or pill sample into the medication tray and open the syrup storage tank. Syrup needs to quickly travel on the surface of the sugar coating machine, so that the sugar coating can fully adhere to the candy, forming a smooth and even sugar coating. When candy or pills are coated with sugar, the spraying of syrup should be stopped immediately.
5. When there is a blockage or malfunction, please close the syrup storage tank and use specialized tools to clean it.
6. Hard objects should not be used for cleaning to avoid damaging the machine. After production, please turn off the machine and clean all components for the next use.
3、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. After use, please turn off the machine, cut off the power, wait for the machine to dissipate heat, and then clean and package it for storage.
2. The cleaning method is on-demand cleaning: first, rinse with warm water to ensure that all residual sugar coating and juice are washed clean. Then clean with hot water and solvent, and finally rinse with clean water.
3. After every two uses, maintenance should be carried out according to the instructions and maintenance checks should be performed. Machines should avoid entering environments with oil, water, electromagnetic interference, excessive vibration, or noise to prevent damage or affect the normal service life of the machine.
4. Regularly check the accuracy and operation status of the sugar coating machine, such as the syrup loop, syrup level, syrup flowability, sugar storage, and medication tray flatness. If any abnormalities are found, they should be promptly addressed by maintenance personnel.
5. Every six months, all components of the sugar coating machine should be thoroughly maintained and lubricated. After maintenance, testing and inspection are required to ensure that the technical specifications and performance of the machine are not affected in any way.
