1、 Standard Operating Procedure

1. Pre inspection stage

Check the status of the power supply, lubrication system, and fasteners, and confirm that there are no residual foreign objects inside the mixing cylinder.

Ensure that protective devices are in good condition to avoid danger during operation.

2. Loading materials

Feeding at 30% -70% of the volume, overloading can easily lead to uneven mixing or equipment overload.

Viscous materials need to be fed in layers to avoid clumping and affecting mixing efficiency.

3. Parameter setting

Adjust the rotational speed (usually 10-30rpm) and mixing time (5-20 minutes) according to the characteristics of the material, and reduce the rotational speed for viscous materials.

After starting the device, run it without load for 1-2 minutes and observe whether the running status is stable.

4. Operation monitoring

Observe the ammeter and noise changes. If there is any abnormal vibration or noise, stop the machine immediately for troubleshooting.

It is strictly prohibited to open the protective door or reach into the cylinder during operation.

5. Discharge and Cleaning

Use specialized tools to clean the material and avoid metal scratching the inner wall of the cylinder.

Clean the cylinder and seals after each use to prevent cross contamination.

2、 Key precautions

1. Safe operation:

Protective equipment (such as protective shoes and glasses) must be worn, and barefoot operation is prohibited.

Anti static material models should be selected in explosion-proof environments.

2. Maintenance and upkeep:

Regularly check the lubrication status of bearings and gears, and add high-temperature grease every month.

Replace hydraulic oil quarterly and verify motor insulation performance.

3. Fault handling:

Uneven mixing: Check if the material ratio or speed matches, and if necessary, feed in layers.

Sealing leakage: Replace the silicone rubber sealing ring and check the flatness of the flange.

By standardizing operations and system maintenance, equipment lifespan can be significantly extended and mixing efficiency can be ensured to meet industry standards such as GMP.
