Maintenance methods for traditional Chinese medicine ultrafine grinder
Date: 2025-05-22Read: 5
Systematic maintenance can extend equipment lifespan and ensure the fineness of traditional Chinese medicine grinding. Today, the editor will take you to understand the maintenance methods of traditional Chinese medicine ultrafine grinder.
1、 Daily cleaning and basic maintenance
1. Cleaning process
After turning off the power, disassemble the blades, screens, and other components. Use a soft cloth or brush dipped in neutral cleaning agent to clean the residue. Do not use hard objects to scratch the surface. After cleaning, dry it before assembling to avoid directly rinsing the inside of the motor with water.
When cleaning the crushing chamber, use a slightly damp cloth to wipe to prevent moisture from seeping into the bearing or circuit area.
Regularly clean the iron impurities on the permanent magnet tube and feeder permanent magnet plate to avoid affecting the material crushing efficiency.
2. Tightening and lubrication
Check screws, belts, and other fasteners for looseness daily, and adjust the tightness of the drive belt after the first operation of the new machine.
The main shaft bearing should be replenished with specialized lubricating grease (such as No.2 low-temperature grease) every 2000 hours, with a filling amount not exceeding 3/4 of the bearing chamber. Excessive filling can cause high-temperature burning.
Replace calcium based grease every 4000 hours for transmission gears and spiral feeders to ensure smooth operation of friction components.
2、 Management and replacement of vulnerable parts
1. Blade and sieve
Check the wear of blades, lining rings, and hammer heads daily. If the particle size of the material becomes coarse or the output decreases, it should be replaced immediately.
Disassemble and clean the sieve every week when it is clogged or damaged to avoid motor damage caused by overload operation.
2. Operating standards
Avoid processing iron containing sand and ultra-high hardness medicinal materials (such as minerals) to prevent blade cracking or equipment overload.
3、 Operation monitoring and fault handling
1. Observation of operating status
Monitor the temperature rise of the bearing after startup, and if it exceeds 50 ℃, immediately stop the machine to check the heat dissipation and lubrication status.
If abnormal vibration or noise occurs during operation, it is necessary to check the gear meshing degree, belt tension, and spindle balance.
2. Common problem response
Unable to start: Check the power supply, fuse status, and troubleshoot issues such as belt detachment or motor burnout.
Inlet blockage: Control the hardness and particle size of the material, prohibit excessive feeding, and pre crush large pieces of medicinal herbs.
Decreased production: Replace worn blades, clean screen blockages, and adjust blade clearances to 0.1-0.3mm.
4、 Safe operation and long-term maintenance
1. New machine debugging
Before the first operation, test the machine with fragile materials such as rice and dried ginger slices to verify the crushing fineness and equipment stability.
2. Seasonal maintenance
Use low-temperature lubricating grease in winter to shorten the bearing lubrication cycle to 1500 hours and prevent grease solidification.
Strengthen motor heat dissipation during high temperature seasons to avoid continuous operation for more than 4 hours.
3. Safety regulations
Cut off the power during maintenance and have professional personnel replace core components such as bearings and motors.
It is forbidden to reach into the feeding port during operation to avoid safety accidents caused by high-speed rotating components.
