Operation and Usage

1. Firstly, carefully inspect whether there is any damage to the equipment during transportation. Then, place the electrical control devices of the high-speed machine and auxiliary equipment in place, and connect the pipeline of the main and auxiliary equipment. When assembling each pipeline flange, apply "Iron 609" liquid sealant with sealing components to ensure the sealing of the pipeline. At the same time, all individual machines and pipeline flanges are connected with grounding wires and grounded to avoid dust explosions caused by static sparks.

2. Before the trial operation of each individual machine, it is necessary to check whether there are any metal waste or other debris inside the machine. If there are, they should be immediately removed. Check whether the bolts are firm, whether the tightness of the belt is appropriate, the reliability of the protective cover, and so on.

3Start each motor steadily in the following order, close the air door to start, crusher ->dust removal ->grading device ->screw feeding ->open the air door ->close the air damper.

4. After running empty for five minutes, the operator should carefully observe various instruments on the control cabinet and wait for the no-load current to stabilize before feeding. After feeding, it is not allowed for the current to exceed the rated value, otherwise the feeding amount should be reduced to ensure normal operation and timed operation of the discharge motor.

5. The spiral feeding machine can be stopped in the following order ->after running for five minutes, the crushing host, dust collector, classifier ->air shutter can be stopped at the same time.

6. By operating the continuously variable transmission handle of the grading device, the speed of the grading wheel can be changed, while achieving excellent adjustment of the product. If fine particle size is required for the product, the rotational speed can be increased, otherwise reducing the rotational speed will increase the particle size.
