Ordinary crushers have a high temperature rise during the crushing process, especially for materials such as PVPK90 (polyvinylpyrrolidone K90) powder, PVP K60 powder, K120 powder, PVM/MA copolymer, and high-purity vinyl ether intermediate. The composition of the product will be affected by the temperature and humidity generated during crushing. This machine uses special tools to crush the material, and the crushing fineness can reach 80-120 mesh (particle size can be adjusted freely). The material is fed into the hopper by a spiral and sent to the main machine through a special tool for crushing. The material that reaches the fineness is then drawn into the cyclone filter by a negative pressure fan through an internal classifier and discharged by an automatic feeder. The material that does not reach the fineness is further crushed in the main machine, and the dust enters the pulse dust removal box for recycling. The filter bag of the pulse dust removal box adopts anti-static filter cloth, and the powder collection and filtration reach 99.9%. This machine has a wind selection type, no screen, and is controlled by an internal classifier to achieve uniform particle size. The production process is continuous. Do not raise the temperature during continuous operation to achieve dust-free production. Currently, Boai New Open Source Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has three production lines put into use.
