1、 Steps to use liquid nitrogen low-temperature pulverizer
1. Add medication or materials
Add the medicine or material to be crushed into the crushing chamber of the grinder. Be careful not to add too much material to avoid affecting the crushing effect.
2. Start the liquid nitrogen low-temperature crusher
Start the crusher according to the operating instructions on the equipment manual. Firstly, open the liquid nitrogen supply pipeline, and then start the crusher host.
3. Adjust the cooling temperature and crushing time
Adjust the cooling temperature and crushing time according to the results of the crushing test and the recommendations in the equipment manual. Normally, the temperature should be below minus 196 ℃, and the time should be adjusted according to the material hardness and particle size requirements.
4. Stop crushing and clean
After the crushing is completed, stop the supply of liquid nitrogen and the main machine of the crusher, and remove the residual materials in the crushing chamber.
2、 Precautions
1. Operators should understand and master the operating procedures of the crusher, and strictly follow the operating procedures for operation.
2. Before crushing, check whether the instruments and equipment used are normal to avoid malfunctions or safety accidents.
3. When crushing, attention should be paid to safe operation, wearing protective gloves, face shields and other protective equipment, and keeping away from the equipment.
4. During the crushing process, the condenser and powder accumulation in the crushing chamber should be regularly cleaned to avoid affecting the crushing effect.
5. Do not store liquid nitrogen in a sealed container for a long time to avoid excessive pressure and safety hazards.
6. The crushing room should be regularly cleaned and disinfected to avoid cross contamination.
