1、 Preparation work
1. Keep the operating environment clean and strictly prohibit the accumulation of debris around the equipment to avoid accidents.
2. Ensure that the relevant equipment and components operate normally, with no residue or impurities, and no signs of overheating or damage to prevent equipment failure during operation.
3. Set reasonable temperature and rotation speed according to the required operational requirements
2、 Operation process
1. Add materials
(1) Before adding materials, it is necessary to obtain the properties and data information of the materials, and preprocess or weigh the materials according to the requirements.
(2) Place the powdered or granular material into the conical drum of the dryer.
(3) Before placing the material, it is necessary to turn on the vacuum pump to remove the air inside the equipment.
(4) When placing materials, do not exceed the capacity of the conical drum to avoid overload.
2. Start drying program
(1) Close the feed valve and discharge valve of the dryer, open the vacuum valve, obtain the set vacuum degree, start the drying program, and operate according to the pre-set temperature and rotation speed.
(2) During the drying process, if the ambient temperature or humidity is too high, the speed or temperature should be adjusted appropriately to ensure that the material can dry completely.
3. End drying program
(1) After the drying is completed, turn off the heater first, and then turn off the vacuum pump to slow down the atmospheric pressure difference inside and outside the equipment, in order to avoid object extrusion or other dangerous situations caused by pressure changes.
(2) Open the discharge valve and control the discharge speed of dry materials to avoid being too fast or too slow.
3、 Precautions
1. Operators should wear appropriate protective clothing, goggles, and other protective equipment.
2. During the operation, it is strictly prohibited to place hands or any part of the body inside the conical drum.
3. Do not overspeed or operate beyond the time limit during the operation of the device.
4. When there is a malfunction or abnormal situation in the operation of the dryer, the power should be turned off in a timely manner, the cause of the malfunction should be identified and dealt with.
