The operation precautions of GHL series high-efficiency wet mixing granulator mainly include the following aspects:

1. Preparation before operation:

Before operation, read the device user manual and familiarize yourself with the functions of each button on the device panel.

Connect the water, electricity, and gas sources of the equipment, check whether the direction of each line is correct, and whether the pipeline is unobstructed.

Adjust the air source pressure to 0.35-0.5Mpa, check if there is air coming out from the mixing shaft and cutting shaft, and ensure that the air spring and discharge port cylinder are functioning properly.

Check if there is water flowing from the mixing shaft and cutting shaft, jog the mixing and cutting blades, and check if the direction of operation is correct. Reverse rotation is strictly prohibited.

2. Precautions during operation:

The opening of compressed air should not be too large: During granulation, the compressed air does not need to be too large. After adding the raw materials, feel a slight blow of the materials to prevent powder from entering the shaft.

The amount of materials and adhesives should be moderate: do not add too much materials and adhesives to avoid equipment shutdown caused by current overload.

The cleaning work should be in place: the central axis should be cleaned frequently to avoid black spots that may affect production.

• Short granulation time: The speed of adding adhesive should be fast, and the shorter the granulation time, the better to avoid the particles becoming too hard.

• Avoid probing the soft material with your hands: Do not probe the soft material with your hands during the granulation process to avoid production accidents.

• Control mixing time and adhesive dosage: The dry material mixing time can be selected between 60s and 360s, the adhesive dosage should be 10-15%, and the wet mixing time should be 60-120s.

3. Equipment maintenance and upkeep:

Check the sealing performance: Before using the equipment, the sealing components should be checked for good condition. If any damage or aging is found, they should be replaced in a timely manner.

Electrical safety: Check if the electrical equipment is functioning properly, ensure good insulation and secure wiring, and pay attention to moisture, water, and explosion prevention during use.

Regular maintenance: After use, the surface and interior of the equipment should be cleaned promptly to ensure that there are no debris or residues.
