It is required that the bottles pass evenly individually, otherwise adjustments should be made; Regarding the inspection of the fully automatic round bottle labeling machine, it is necessary to confirm whether the position of the push plate has been adjusted to match the bottle body. It is required that the distance between the push plate and the bottle roll tape is slightly smaller than the bottle diameter, so that the label can be smoothly rolled onto the bottle body.

1、 Power on operation

1. Turn on the power switch of the device, usually located on the right side of the cabinet.

2. Rotate the compressed air switch to the on position. If it is used with a printing machine, adjust the air pressure of the equipment to 0.5-0.6Mpa.

3. Click on the touch screen controller of the round bottle labeling machine to enter the normal operation page.

2、 Run operation

1. Manually control the operation and check if all parts have been adjusted appropriately and run smoothly. If not, stop the machine for appropriate adjustments.

2. Call and confirm the corresponding product program or enter the "Parameter Settings" interface to set parameters.

3. Set the counter values of the round bottle labeling machine according to the actual needs of the work.

4. Press the start button to start the machine online and enter normal production mode.

5. If the device malfunctions or an emergency occurs, press the emergency stop switch.

3、 Shutdown program

1. Press the 'stop' button first, the entire system will immediately stop, and then turn off the main power switch.

2. In case of emergency, you can directly press the emergency stop switch; When reopening the emergency stop switch or power switch, ensure that the system is in a safe state.

3. When the round bottle labeling machine is not in use for a long time, the power cord should be unplugged, the surface of the machine should be cleaned, and a dust cover should be covered.
