1、 Preparation work
1. Ensure that the equipment and drug contact parts, as well as the casing, are clean and comply with GMP standards.
2. Check if the voltage matches (220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz).
3. Add edible oil to lubricate and squeeze out moving parts such as clutch rollers.
2、 Material handling and feeding
1. The mixed medicinal powder can be refined into soft material (with moderate hardness), which can be pre treated by a double-layer refining machine.
2. Put the soft material into the silo of the pellet making machine and start the screw propeller to extrude it into strips.
3、 Pill making operation
1. After being tracked by photoelectric speed measurement, the medicine strip enters the pill making tool for rapid cutting and shaping, with specifications ranging from Φ 3mm to Φ 13mm.
2. Wet pills are coated with powder using an automatic powder spreader to prevent adhesion and separation of the pills.
4、 Post processing and packaging
1. The pills are polished or coated by a polishing machine, and then sorted into qualified pills through a drum screen.
2. Use a climbing conveyor or flat conveyor to transport to drying equipment (such as microwave tunnels) or packaging lines.
5、 Precautions
1. The operating environment should maintain a temperature of -5 ℃ -40 ℃ and a humidity of<90%.
2. It is strictly prohibited to come into contact with operating components in violation of regulations. In case of malfunction, power should be cut off for adjustment or cleaning and lubrication.
