1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection
Confirm that the four legs of the equipment are stable, the locking bolts are locked, and there is no looseness in the connection of each component.
Check if the screen mesh, blades and other vulnerable parts are intact, without damage or severe wear.
Verify that the power circuit is normal and the equipment is reliably grounded.
2. Material pretreatment
The material needs to be dry (recommended moisture content below 5%), free of impurities, and avoid oversized particles or clumps.
The recommended single feeding amount is more than half of the capacity of the material box to prevent equipment abnormalities caused by insufficient or excessive feeding.
3. Environmental preparation
Ensure good ventilation in the operating area and keep away from flammable and explosive materials.
Clean up residues inside and outside the equipment to prevent cross contamination.
2、 Operation steps
1. Loading and fixing
Load the materials into the material box, align them with the feeding port of the grinding cylinder, and secure them with clamps.
Flip the material box to the top and rotate the locking pin handle clockwise to fix the grinding cylinder.
2. Start and Run
Turn on the power switch and switch to "automatic" mode to start the device.
Observe the operating status, if the current is stable and the sound is uniform, then the pulverization is normal.
Adjust the crushing time or speed according to the properties of the material (some models support manual adjustment).
3. Shutdown and Unloading
Automatically stop the machine after reaching the set time, and loosen the locking pin handle counterclockwise.
Flip the material box to the bottom and fix it. Start the equipment briefly (<30 seconds) to vibrate the residual material.
After unloading, clean the material box and grinding cylinder to keep the equipment clean.
3、 Security and Exception Handling
1. Operating standards
Do not open the hood or reach for the feeding port during operation. Stop the machine before dealing with blockages.
Avoid excessive feeding or materials with high hardness at once to prevent equipment overload.
2. Abnormal response
If there is any abnormal noise, vibration or current fluctuation during operation, immediately stop the machine for inspection.
When the sieve is clogged or the blade is worn, the accessories need to be replaced before use.
4、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Daily maintenance
Clean the screen, blades, and feed inlet after each use to prevent material residue.
Regularly lubricate transmission components such as bearings and check for loose fasteners.
2. Replacement of accessories
When installing the screen mesh, the smooth surface should be facing downwards, and the appropriate aperture should be selected according to the crushing particle size requirements.
When vulnerable parts such as flat teeth and circular teeth are severely worn, they need to be replaced to maintain dynamic balance.
