The C370H water vapor permeability testing system adopts a dual testing mode of weight method - weight gain method and weight loss method. Users can flexibly choose the appropriate method according to material characteristics and testing range requirements. This device not only supports conventional sample testing such as films and sheets, but also expands its application scope through customized accessories, achieving precise detection of drug containers such as oral liquid bottles, external preparation containers, infusion containers, and other forms of containers.
The container testing process strictly follows the requirements of the "weight reduction method" in General Rule 4010 "Determination of Water Vapor Transmittance" of the 2025 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, ensuring the standardization and authority (separation) of the test results. The 45L large capacity test chamber design can fully accommodate packaging containers of different heights, effectively meeting the testing needs of industries such as pharmaceuticals and food for actual packaging forms.

Wide range temperature control of 15-50 ℃ and precise humidity control of 10-90% ± 2% RH help users simulate various environments from conventional storage to extreme conditions, providing comprehensive data references for material performance verification and research.
In terms of testing efficiency, the C370H water vapor permeability testing system adopts a standard configuration of 6 stations (expandable to 9 stations), supporting synchronous testing of different samples and improving parallel testing efficiency. By selecting the B2260 automation module, it is easy to achieve standardized operations for quantitative liquid addition and tightening, completely eliminating the risk of errors caused by manual sealing differences and ensuring data repeatability.
