Taking 10 sample tests as an example, using C610G only requires 2 rounds of operation to complete, while single station equipment requires 10 rounds of operation.

The C610G adopts an innovative combination of a rotating test bench and an anti slip pneumatic clamping system, allowing operators to quickly load samples at all workstations without moving positions, and the sample clamping force remains consistent at all times. Through precise automatic adjustment mechanism, the equipment can achieve automatic adjustment of fixture spacing, simplifying the clamping process, improving sample loading efficiency, and effectively avoiding manual adjustment errors.

The C610G intelligent electronic tensile testing machine has established a triple precision guarantee system for coverage force measurement, displacement control, and stable operation through a precision force measurement system and precise displacement control technology.
C610G comes standard with a 500N sensor specification, which can cover 90% of the testing requirements for flexible packaging materials. It can also be equipped with 50N, 100N, and 250N ranges to adapt to special testing scenarios. The force measurement accuracy of the sensor system is better than level 0.5, and with a high resolution of 0.001N, it can accurately reflect the subtle changes in force values during the testing process. When the force measurement reaches the upper limit (separation) of the sensor, the system will automatically trigger overload protection, immediately stop and alarm to prevent sensor damage.

The C610G adopts a servo motor motion system position closed-loop control, which dynamically corrects mechanical transmission errors to achieve displacement accuracy better than level 0.5, effectively ensuring the accuracy of displacement parameters during the testing process. The standard displacement stroke is 1000mm, which fully meets the testing requirements of 1000%+elongation of flexible packaging film (separation). During testing, when the movement of the moving chuck exceeds the safe stroke of the equipment, the motion mechanism will automatically stop. The limit protection function effectively prevents equipment damage and ensures the safety of the testing process. The test speed supports infinite speed regulation within the range of 0-500mm/min, which not only meets the testing requirements of various standards, but also ensures smooth and steady operation.
C610G demonstrates outstanding stability in testing process and data acquisition, thanks to the synergistic effect of its multi axis positioning technology and 16 bit ADC digital conversion chip technology. Six independent workstations maintain precise and stable working conditions during synchronous operation.
