The process principle of Sanqi ultrafine crusher is based on the synergistic effect of multiple technologies, mainly divided into the following core links:
1、 Crushing mechanism
1. High speed mechanical force crushing
The equipment drives the blades or hammers to rotate at high speed (up to thousands of revolutions per minute) through a motor, and the materials are initially crushed in the crushing chamber by shear, impact, and centrifugal force. For fibrous medicinal herbs such as Panax notoginseng, some models use vibration grinding technology to achieve cell wall rupture by utilizing the impact, friction, and compression generated by high-frequency vibration of the grinding medium.
2. Airflow assisted fine pulverization
Compressed air is dried and filtered to form a supersonic airflow (300m/s), which intersects with a Laval nozzle in the crushing chamber to form a turbulent field. The material particles collide and rub against each other in high-speed airflow, completing secondary crushing. This process can control the temperature below 45 ℃ to avoid the degradation of thermosensitive components such as Sanqi saponins.
2、 Grading and Collection System
3. Dynamic particle size screening
The crushed material enters the classification zone with the airflow and forms a centrifugal force field through a high-speed rotating classification turbine (adjustable speed). Micro powder with a particle size of ≤ 10 μ m that meets the standard enters the collection process through a classification wheel, while coarse particles are thrown back to the crushing zone by centrifugal force for recycling, achieving precise particle size control.
4. Efficient closed recycling
The negative pressure system built by the induced draft mechanism guides the micro powder into the cyclone separator and pulse dust collector, with a collection efficiency of over 99%. The fully enclosed design of the entire process prevents the escape of medicinal ingredients and avoids dust pollution.
3、 Technological advantages reflected
1. Crushing efficiency: Compared to traditional 150-200 mesh (75-100 μ m) pulverization, ultrafine pulverization can reach over 300 mesh (≤ 10 μ m), and the cell wall breaking rate has increased from less than 50% to over 95%.
2. Ingredient protection: Low temperature crushing ensures saponin retention rate>98%, and increases the release of active ingredients by 3-5 times.
3. Energy saving and environmental protection: The mechanical air flow composite crushing technology reduces energy consumption per ton of material by more than 40%, and the closed-loop system achieves zero dust emissions.
This process combines physical crushing with fluid mechanics to enhance the bioavailability of medicinal materials while balancing production efficiency and environmental friendliness, making it particularly suitable for the modern production needs of traditional Chinese medicine.
