Ultra fine pulverizer is a highly precise pulverization equipment widely used in fields such as chemical engineering, materials science, pharmacy, and food.
The ultrafine crusher is mainly composed of four parts: feeding system, crushing system, discharging system, and control system.
The feeding system mainly consists of a feeding hopper, regulating valves, etc. It can be manually or automatically fed as needed, and the feeding amount can be controlled by adjusting the opening of the valves.
The crushing system consists of a rotor, stator, heat exchanger, and fan. The incoming materials are mostly in powder form. After high-speed rotation, the rotor collides and rubs against the stator, resulting in fine crushing and impact of the materials. The entire process forms various crushing methods such as impact, shear, and friction.
The discharge system mainly consists of vibrating screens, gear pumps, pneumatic valves, etc. The crushed material is screened through a vibrating screen to achieve the desired particle size, and then driven downwards by a gear pump to transport the powder. Finally, it is packaged or stored through a pneumatic valve.
The control system mainly consists of PLC, interface, sensors, valves, etc. By using PLC to monitor and operate various systems through the control system, the control of crushing accuracy and intelligent operation can be achieved.
