1、 Process principle
1. Core crushing mechanism
The xanthan gum crusher mainly achieves material crushing through shearing, grinding, and impact force. When its working components (such as moving knives, fixed knives, or grinding discs) rotate at high speed, they exert a high-strength mechanical effect on the xanthan gum block, gradually refining it to the target particle size.
2. Granularity control technology
After crushing, the material is screened through a sieve or classifier, and particles that do not meet the standards are returned to the crushing area for recycling, ensuring the uniformity of the finished product. Some equipment is also equipped with a pre cooling system to prevent performance changes caused by frictional heating of thermosensitive xanthan gum.
