Ultra fine grinding vibration mill is a device that achieves material ultrafine grinding through high-frequency vibration. Its core working principle is to use the inertia centrifugal force generated by the exciter to drive the cylinder to vibrate, causing the grinding medium (such as steel balls, ceramic balls) to have impact, friction, and shear effects on the material, ultimately crushing the material to the micrometer level (10-25 μ m) or even nanometer level. The specific process includes: after the material and grinding medium are loaded into the cylinder, the exciter generates high-frequency vibration (usually 1000-3000 times/minute) by rotating the eccentric shaft, and the medium forms a throwing motion under the vibration, repeatedly squeezing and grinding the material. Some equipment is also equipped with a low-temperature system (such as a minus 25 ℃ compressor), which is suitable for crushing heat sensitive materials.

1. Medicine and health products: Cell level wall breaking of traditional Chinese medicinal materials such as Dendrobium officinale and Ganoderma spore powder can improve the dissolution rate of active ingredients (such as the dissolution rate of over 85% when Sanqi powder is crushed to 2000 mesh).
