The structure of the traditional Chinese medicine cell wall breaking machine mainly consists of the following core parts, which work together to achieve efficient destruction of the cell wall of medicinal materials:
1、 Core Work Unit
1. Grinding drum
Cylindrical stainless steel containers (mostly made of 304 stainless steel) are used to hold medicinal materials to be crushed and grinding media (stainless steel rods/balls). The inner wall is designed with special structures (such as lining plates or grinding rails) to enhance friction and shear forces, and eccentric blocks are welded on both sides to generate high-frequency vibrations. The material cylinder can be flipped 180 ° for easy loading and unloading, and a water-cooled jacket is installed outside the cylinder for temperature control.
2. Grinding media system
Contains hard stainless steel grinding rods or ceramic balls that move freely within the barrel. By throwing, rotating, and colliding with each other through vibration, high-strength impact force (P) and shear force (L) are applied to medicinal herbs to achieve cell level fragmentation.
2、 Power transmission system
1. Drive motor
Provide the necessary power for equipment operation by connecting the main shaft through transmission components such as pulleys or couplings. The motor power directly affects the crushing efficiency and amplitude intensity.
2. Excitation device
The core vibration source composed of eccentric blocks is driven by a motor to rotate at high speed and generate centrifugal force, which drives the material cylinder to undergo high-frequency vibration in the circumferential or three-dimensional direction (acceleration up to 10-15g), promoting violent collision between the medium and the material.
3、 Temperature control guarantee module
Cooling system
The standard circulating water cooling device wraps around the outer wall of the material cylinder, and some models integrate compressor refrigeration (such as the French Taikang compressor) to achieve a low temperature environment of -25 ℃ to -30 ℃, ensuring the activity of thermosensitive components. The discharge temperature can be controlled below 10 ℃.
4、 Intelligent control unit
Electronic control system
Integrated touch screen or button panel, adjustable vibration frequency, crushing time, and temperature parameters. Built in safety lock, overload protection, and automatic shutdown function to ensure operational stability.
5、 Auxiliary structure
1. Supporting and shock-absorbing structures
Base frame: heavy-duty steel welded base, supporting the weight of the entire machine;
Shock absorber spring: connects the base to the host, absorbs high-frequency vibration energy, and prevents equipment displacement.
2. Soundproofing and protective cover
The double-layer stainless steel shell is filled with soundproof cotton to reduce operating noise (≤ 85 decibels) and comply with GMP cleanliness standards.
