The continuous working cell wall breaking machine is an efficient and scalable equipment, whose core is to achieve continuous feeding and discharging of materials, thereby improving processing efficiency and avoiding over crushing. Its working principle and application are as follows:
1、 Working principle
1. Mechanical crushing mechanism
Blade cutting and impact: The vertical high-speed motor drives the transverse crushing blade to continuously impact and shear the material, damaging the cell wall structure.
Bead grinding and crushing (optional): Some models have built-in grinding beads (such as glass beads, ceramic beads), which achieve continuous crushing through friction and collision between beads and cells in a high-speed rotating closed container.
High pressure homogenization: Liquid samples pass through narrow gaps under high pressure, generating shear and impact forces, suitable for continuous processing of liquid cell suspensions.
2. Continuous control technology
Dual frequency conversion system: Control the speed of the crushing motor and the grading wheel separately, accurately adjust the discharge particle size and crushing efficiency.
Dynamic grading structure: The built-in grading wheel separates and discharges particles that meet the standards by increasing the diameter and speed, preventing over crushing; Unqualified particles are returned to the crushing area for secondary treatment.
Automatic feeding design: using spiral feeders, oscillating feeders, etc. to ensure continuous and uniform supply of materials in the crushing chamber.
3. Security guarantee and energy efficiency optimization
Closed space operation: Avoid dust pollution while improving shear efficiency.
Pre crushing suggestion: The raw materials are processed into small particles by a regular crusher in advance to reduce energy consumption and increase production.
Low temperature control: Some models support operation in low-temperature environments (such as -30 ℃) to prevent degradation of thermosensitive active ingredients.

2、 Core application areas
1. Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceuticals
After breaking through the wall, the particle size of traditional Chinese medicine decreased to 3-5 μ m, and the release rate of active ingredients (such as Ganoderma spore powder) increased to over 76%, significantly enhancing the efficacy of the medicine.
