1、 Power and startup faults
1. No power or indicator light not on
Check if the power socket is supplying power normally and confirm that the power cord plug is securely connected.
If the cup body and the host are not assembled properly, align the coupler again and install it.
The safety switch or magnetic switch malfunction (such as the lid not being tightly closed or the magnet falling off) needs to be replaced or adjusted.
2. Button malfunction or abnormal control panel
Power off for 3 minutes, then restart and try resetting the system program.
Clean the oxide layer of the button contacts and check if the circuit board connection wires are loose.
2、 Abnormal operation issues
1. The motor does not rotate or produces excessive noise
Check if the blade is stuck by foreign objects, clean it and restart.
Blade wear or lack of oil in bearings require replacement of blades or addition of lubricating oil.
If the motor is loose or the carbon brush is worn, tighten the screws or replace the carbon brush.
2. Heating function failure
If the heating tube is damaged or the temperature controller malfunctions, it needs to be checked with a multimeter and replaced.
Poor contact of the circuit board requires professional maintenance.
3、 Material handling issues
1. Leakage or overflow of slurry
The aging of the sealing ring or cracks in the cup body require replacement of the sealing ring or container.
Check if the screws at the bottom of the cup are loose to ensure a secure installation.
2. Decreased crushing efficiency
The blade or grinding ball needs to be replaced with components of the same model according to the instructions for wear.
Adjust the amount of ingredients or water to the recommended ratio in the instruction manual.
4、 Security protection and alarm
1. Overheating protection triggered
Power off and cool down for 30 minutes before use.
2. Error code alarm
E1/E2: The temperature sensor is faulty and needs to be replaced or the wiring checked.
E3: Open lid protection triggered, reseal cup lid.
5、 Maintenance precautions
1. When it comes to repairing circuit boards or motors, it is recommended to contact after-sales or professional personnel.
2. When replacing the blade, power off and wear cut resistant gloves.
