The operation method of the hyaluronic acid ultrafine grinder mainly includes the following key steps and precautions, which must strictly follow the equipment specifications:
1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection
Confirm that the equipment base is stable, the power grounding is effective, and there are no debris residues in the crushing chamber.
Check the integrity of the cutting tools/hammer heads and screen mesh. If they are severely worn, they need to be replaced (the screen mesh should be installed with the smooth surface facing downwards).
Lubricate bearings and inspect transmission components to ensure proper mechanical condition.
2. Material pretreatment
The material needs to be thoroughly dried (moisture content ≤ 10%) to remove metal/sand and gravel impurities.
If the hardness of hyaluronic acid is too high, it needs to be pre crushed to a particle size range of 3-20mm.
2、 Equipment operation process
1. Loading and start-up
Load no more than 2/3 of the crushing chamber volume, lock the upper cover and fasten the buckle securely.
Start sequence: Start the auxiliary equipment (dust collector, grading wheel) first, then start the main engine and feeder.
The grading wheel is pre-set with an appropriate frequency to avoid the material head being too coarse or too fine.
2. Adjustment of crushing parameters
Fineness control:
When fine is too coarse: reduce the feeding amount → increase the frequency of the grading wheel → close the air flow butterfly valve.
When the fineness is too fine: increase the air volume → decrease the frequency of the grading wheel → increase the feeding amount.
The particle size is controlled by coordinating the sieve aperture (14-20mm) and the tool expansion and contraction (3-6mm).
3. Operation monitoring
The current fluctuation does not exceed ± 15%, and the bearing temperature is ≤ 75 ℃.
It is recommended to perform multiple operations of hyaluronic acid crushing in a short period of time (each time ≤ 5 minutes) to avoid motor overheating.
Abnormal noise or vibration should be immediately stopped for troubleshooting.
3、 Post operation processing
1. Unloading and Cleaning
After stopping the machine, idle for 2 minutes to discharge the remaining material, and then open the cover counterclockwise to unload the powder.
Clean the crushing chamber with a long haired brush and wipe the machine body with a damp cloth to prevent material from absorbing moisture and leaving residue.
2. Safety Warning
It is strictly prohibited to open the hood or reach into the cavity during operation, and disconnect the power supply during maintenance.
Do not use tools to forcefully poke during material jamming. The machine must be stopped and treated with a dedicated feeding tool.
Key tip: Hyaluronic acid has high viscosity. It is recommended to use intermittent cooling and crushing (40-60 seconds/time) and increase the speed of the grading wheel to prevent agglomeration and bonding.
