The safe operation of the Ganoderma spore powder cell wall breaking machine must strictly follow the following steps to ensure personnel safety and equipment efficiency:
1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment status check
Cut off the power and confirm that the device switch is in the off state.
Check the grinding chips (such as blades and grinding rods) for cracks or damage, and ensure that the fasteners are not loose.
Clean the residue inside the material barrel to ensure there is no dust or foreign matter accumulation.
2. Confirmation of auxiliary system
Check whether the cooling water level and quality meet the standards (if it is a water-cooled model).
Verify that the lubrication system oil level is within the normal range.
3. Personal protection
Operators are required to wear protective goggles, dust masks, and cut resistant gloves, and wear protective face shields when handling irritating samples.
4. Environment and Materials
The equipment is placed on a stable ventilated table with no debris around it.
Ganoderma spore powder needs to be pre dried and screened for impurities, with a moisture content that meets the requirements (usually ≤ 10%).
2、 Running operation process
1. Parameter Setting and Startup
Set the speed, time, and temperature according to the characteristics of the spores (low-temperature models need to be pre cooled to -25 ℃).
No load test: Start the equipment and run it idle for 3 minutes to confirm that there are no abnormal vibrations or noises.
2. Feeding and monitoring
Evenly add materials and strictly prohibit overloading (recommended loading capacity ≤ 70% of the drum volume).
Continuous observation during operation:
Temperature change (stop immediately if it exceeds 60 ℃);
Abnormal noise or severe vibration (indicating component failure);
Current stability (abnormal fluctuations require shutdown for troubleshooting).
3. Cooling guarantee
Water cooled models need to maintain smooth circulation of cooling water, while refrigeration models monitor the status of the compressor.
3、 Shutdown and subsequent processing
1. Safe shutdown
Press the stop button first, and cut off the power after the blade/grinding rod is completely stationary.
2. Cleaning standards
Use specialized tools when disassembling blades to avoid touching the blade edge with bare hands;
Rinse the material cylinder and components with neutral detergent, and strictly prohibit water splashing into the motor;
Residual spore powder needs to be thoroughly removed to prevent cross contamination.
3. Equipment maintenance
The blade needs to be polished or replaced every 50 hours of operation;
Check the condition of bearing grease every month and replenish it in a timely manner.
4、 Emergency response and taboos
1. Emergency response
Equipment smoking/odor: Immediately turn off the power and use a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher;
Material leakage: Clean up after shutdown and check the integrity of the seals.
2. Operation taboos
Do not operate the power supply with wet hands or touch the running material cylinder;
It is prohibited to modify equipment parameters (such as replacing pulleys without authorization).
