How to improve the crushing efficiency of a hammer mill is as follows:

However, the higher the line speed of the crusher, the louder the noise and the lower the safety factor, which limits the design to a certain extent.
2. Taking auxiliary measures can effectively improve the working efficiency of the crusher. Adding an exhaust system to the crushing process makes it easier for materials to pass through the sieve holes, improves the screening efficiency of the crusher, and reduces the pressure in the crushing process.
3. Try to minimize the gap between the crusher hammer and the toothed plate or screen. The smaller the gap between the crusher hammer and the toothed plate or screen, the higher the frequency of hammer impact on the material and the slower the circulation speed. Thereby improving the crushing efficiency.
