Spray dryer is a device that can complete drying and granulation at the same time. Spray dryer is a kind of continuous atmospheric pressure dryer. Spray the liquid material into a mist using special equipment, and dry it by contacting it with hot air. Used for drying some heat sensitive liquids, suspensions, and viscous liquids, as well as for drying fuels, intermediates, soap powders, and inorganic salts.

4. Clean the drying chamber of the spray dryer to remove dirt and residual impurities;

5. Clean the dirt and impurities on the surfaces of temperature and pressure instruments, and check whether the values displayed on the two instruments meet the specified requirements;

6. Check if the pneumatic valve is working properly and if it is well sealed.
