During the use of various machine components, regular cleaning work should be carried out to ensure their normal use. After installing the ultrasonic cleaning line, the following details need to be addressed:
1. Due to transportation restrictions, most ball valves are placed in the tank of the ultrasonic cleaning line. Therefore, it is necessary to install the ball valves on the drainage pipe and close them in a timely manner after installation to avoid unnecessary waste caused by removing them when adding the solution.
2. Add water-soluble detergent to the ultrasonic cleaning line, remember to fill the heating tube and ultrasonic oscillator to ensure that the machine can operate normally.
3. Connect the output cable to the generator. If there are multiple generators, be sure to match the plug numbers with the generators. Then tighten the connecting plug to ensure a secure connection. If you are cleaning directly, don't forget to connect the power supply of the device.
4. At the same time as turning on the power of the ultrasonic cleaning line, adjust the power to the appropriate position; Turn on the heating and select the appropriate temperature to enable the equipment to perform its ideal cleaning ability and remove various stains on the workpiece.
