1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection
Confirm that the power and gas connections are normal, the lubrication system oil level is sufficient, and all fasteners are not loose;
Check the filling head, conveyor belt and other key components for wear or contamination, and ensure that the electrical circuit insulation is intact.
2. Environment and Materials
Clean the filling area to ensure compliance with GMP cleanliness requirements;
Verify the batch number and specifications of the medication, and the penicillin bottle needs to be cleaned and sterilized.
2、 Standardization during operation
1. Safe operation
Wear protective clothing, masks, and gloves, and tie up long hair;
It is strictly prohibited to adjust mechanical components or contact motion mechanisms during operation.
2. Process monitoring
Real time observation of filling accuracy (error ≤± 0.5ml) and sealing performance;
If any abnormal noise or leakage is detected, immediately shut down the machine and troubleshoot before continuing.
3、 Shutdown and maintenance
1. End operation
Turn off the power/gas source in order, empty the remaining liquid medicine, and record the batch information.
2. Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the contact surface with a soft cloth daily and lubricate the transmission components regularly;
Check the performance of components such as cylinders and solenoid valves every month, and keep maintenance records.
4、 Special precautions
1. The cleaning cycle of viscous liquid medicine needs to be shortened to prevent residual clumping;
2. In emergency situations, the emergency stop button should be used first, and non professionals are prohibited from dismantling or repairing the core module.
