Screw packaging machine is a common assembly line equipment used to package large quantities of screws according to certain specifications, and is one of the important equipment to improve production efficiency. In order to better operate the screw packaging machine and extend its service life, it is necessary to develop an operation and maintenance procedure. Today, the editor will introduce the operation and maintenance procedures of the screw packaging machine.
Operating Procedures
1. Equipment startup preparation
Before using the screw packaging machine, it is necessary to first check the power supply and pressure of the equipment, as well as whether the connections of each part are normal;
2. Start the device
After the inspection is completed, start the conveyor belt, vibration disc, electronic control, counter and other parts in sequence to ensure that each part is working properly and to ensure the normal operation of the production line;
3. Loading operation
Place the screw in the feeding position of the vibrating plate and automatically place it into the counter;
4. Packaging operation
Set the specification board, adjust the screw spacing and screw arrangement direction, and start the packaging operation;
5. Material cutting operation
After the counter reaches the set number, it automatically unloads the material and sends out the box with the screw sorted out;
6. Shutdown operation
After the equipment is used up, first turn off the conveyor belt, vibration disc and other accessories, and finally turn off the electrical control. Only when the light is on can the power supply be stopped.
Maintenance Regulations
1. Equipment maintenance before use
Clean the surface of the equipment before use every day, and ensure that all parts move flexibly. Check whether the wiring and connection parts of wires, motors, bearings, and devices are normal;
2. Equipment maintenance
(1) Maintain the motor once a week, clean the dust around the motor, and confirm that each screw is securely fastened;
(2) Maintain the conveyor belt once a month, clean it thoroughly, and adjust the tension;
(3) Wipe, tighten, and clean the vibration disc quarterly;
(4) Lubricate and maintain all mechanical bearings annually;
(5) When the equipment is not in use for a long time, complete maintenance work such as rust removal, painting, lubrication, sealing, and fastening must be carried out, and it should be stored properly;
3. Equipment maintenance precautions
(1) Be careful not to throw, hit, collide, or emergency stop when using;
(2) Ensure the quality of the gas source.
4. Troubleshooting
(1) Troubleshooting should be carried out according to the following methods: first eliminate basic problems such as power and gas sources, and then perform troubleshooting work on the equipment itself;
(2) When a mechanical failure occurs, the machine should be stopped immediately for handling, and a maintenance dispatch should be loaded and reported to the maintenance team;
(3) When replacing parts, it is necessary to strictly follow the requirements and lubricate them with high-quality dust-proof lubricating oil.
