The structure of the rubber stopper cleaning machine is composed of a main variable speed motor, a main transmission shaft, a cleaning bucket, a cleaning tank, a water pump, a water filter, a high-power ultrasonic cleaning machine, and an electronic control part. The structure is reasonable and the operation is convenient.
1. The main transmission controller adopts an imported frequency converter, which is small in size, has a large speed range, and is easy to operate
2. The cleaning bucket is a thin walled circular bucket body, with sieve holes covering the circumference and a mixing baffle inside. The rear end is connected to the transmission spindle.

The air volume can be controlled as needed, and a fan and electric heater are installed in the middle to form the entire hot air circulation for drying and sterilization, as well as a heating and cooling system. The entire program is completed in the order of feeding, water inlet, coarse washing, drainage, fine washing, drainage, drying, sterilization, and discharge.
