Tunnel oven is a self-developed drying and sterilization machine based on the absorption of foreign drying and sterilization technology. It transfers materials through tunnels, fully utilizing the effective drying space and suitable for drying various shapes of materials. The whole machine is divided into several temperature and humidity bottom sections, and the materials are horizontally and vertically transformed through the drying medium in the entire drying zone. There are now hot air circulation and far-infrared types.

Below are some precautions for use:

1. The transmission of the tunnel oven mainly adopts stainless steel chains or stainless steel mesh belts. The tunnel oven can be used to produce different products, and the suitable operating speed can be adjusted according to different requirements.

2. The electric heating element of the tunnel oven adopts milky white quartz glass tube or far-infrared directional radiator as the heating element, which has the characteristics of high radiation coefficient, low energy consumption, fast temperature rise, and small temperature shock.

3. The air supply outlet of the tunnel oven is equipped with a filter to purify the incoming air, and the exhaust outlet is also equipped with a filter to prevent the backflow of unclean air. At the same time, there is a butterfly valve damper to control the air volume. This machine is equipped with preheating zone, constant temperature zone, cooling zone, cooling zone and other areas, with two temperature ranges: room temperature -200 ℃ and room temperature -300 ℃.

4. The tunnel oven is made of stainless steel except for the frame, and the insulation material is made of aluminum silicate fiber, which has the advantages of good insulation performance.

5. An additional distribution control cabinet can be installed, equipped with a voltmeter, ammeter, and digital temperature controller, as well as electrical configurations such as a motor speed controller to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
