Operation steps of low-temperature constant temperature bath
Date: 2024-12-24Read: 5
A low-temperature constant temperature bath is an experimental equipment with high precision, reliability, and stability. It is widely used in fields such as scientific research, manufacturing, and healthcare. The use and maintenance of a constant temperature bath are important guarantees for ensuring its working effect and service life.
Today, the editor will introduce the operating steps of a low-temperature constant temperature bath, hoping to provide reference for everyone's correct operation.
1. Preparation work
Before using the low-temperature constant temperature bath, preheating is required. During preheating, the temperature of the liquid in the bath needs to be adjusted to the set temperature and maintained for a period of time. In addition, it is necessary to check whether the power plug, heating device, temperature sensor, mixer, etc. of the equipment are normal,
2. Set temperature
Insert the device power plug into the power outlet and turn on the power of the instrument. Set the required constant temperature according to the experimental requirements. If you need to change the set temperature, you need to adjust the device temperature to room temperature. Before adjusting the temperature, you also need to check whether the maximum and minimum temperatures set in the low-temperature constant temperature bath are suitable for the experimental requirements. If they are not suitable, please change the settings in a timely manner.
3. Set constant temperature time
Add a certain amount of experimental liquid into the low-temperature constant temperature bath and set the constant temperature time according to the experimental requirements. In general, the longer the constant temperature time, the better the effect. However, it should also be noted that after each use, the internal liquid needs to be poured out, and the internal equipment and liquid container should be cleaned before the next use.
4. Operate the constant temperature bath
Place the prepared experimental container into a low-temperature constant temperature bath and close the lid. Set the speed of the stirrer according to the experimental requirements. It is normal for the constant temperature bath to make a sound during operation. At the same time, it is also important to note that the experimental container in the low-temperature constant temperature bath should not exceed the specified capacity to avoid affecting the working effect.
