Precautions
1. When debugging the machine, the power should be cut off to avoid causing injury accidents.
2. The protective cover, safety cover, etc. on the machine should be installed properly before use and cannot be removed.
3. The reverse operation button can only be used during pressure relief or debugging observation of the punching situation in the mold, and cannot be used arbitrarily to avoid damaging the parts and causing accidents.
4. When refueling, do not let the oil spill outside to avoid contaminating the material and affecting the quality of the tablets.
5. When connecting the power supply, pay attention to the direction of the machine's operation and do not reverse it; Prevent damage to machine components.
6. Adjusting mechanical components or troubleshooting must be stopped to avoid personal injury.
7. The punching die should have no quality problems such as cracks, deformation, or missing edges. Unqualified products should not be used to avoid machine damage and affect tablet quality.
Maintenance and Protection
1. After a single use or shutdown, the residual powder on all parts of the machine should be cleaned; If the downtime is long, the die must be removed and the machine must be wiped clean, and the smooth surface of the parts should be coated with anti rust oil.
2. Maintenance of stamping dies: Clean and scrub, dry, apply rust proof grease, and place in a suitable container to maintain cleanliness and prevent collision and damage.
3. Regularly inspect the mechanical components for flexibility and wear, and promptly repair any defects found.
4. The mechanical components are equipped with oil cups, which can be filled with lubricating oil or grease according to the type of oil cup. Before starting up, all oil should be added once, and during production, it can be added based on the temperature rise and operation of the bearings.
