Below, the editor will briefly introduce the operating precautions of the capsule pressing machine, as follows:
1. The machine should be kept clean.
2. Before installation, check whether the ground level is balanced.
3. Please read this manual carefully before operating and using it. To prevent operational errors and damage to the machine.
4. Full time personnel are trained in operation and maintenance.
5. The grounding wire should be connected according to the position of the grounding label.
6. When starting up, you can adjust the preheating temperature of each heating component appropriately. After the operation is stable, you can then adjust the preset temperature appropriately to ensure the function and protect the heating elements.
7. Regularly check the connection of the wire harness to avoid friction with other moving parts, which may damage the wires and cause short circuits or leakage.
During the packaging process of the packaging machine, if there is any abnormal operation, it should be stopped in a timely manner and the fault should be eliminated before it can be restarted.
9. The pressure on molding, heat sealing, indentation and other parts should not be too high, otherwise it will affect the service life. The forming and indentation of the pad should leave about one millimeter of floating space.
10. When the machine is running, it is strictly prohibited to touch the running parts (especially the longitudinal and transverse sealing heating parts) with hands to ensure personal and machine safety.
