1、 Preparation work
1. Check the equipment: Ensure that the power cord of the crusher is intact, the blades and screen are not damaged, and there are no foreign objects in the crushing chamber.
2. Medicinal herb processing:
Dry medicinal herbs (avoid materials that are damp, oily, or high in sugar).
Root and stem medicinal herbs need to be cut into pieces (1-2 centimeters), while flowers and leaves can be directly crushed.
Tool preparation: material tray, sealed container (for storing powder).
2、 Crushing operation
1. Incoming materials:
Open the lid and add medicinal herbs (not exceeding 2/3 of the capacity of the crushing chamber).
Close the upper cover and tighten the fixing knob.
2. Start crushing:
Connect the power and set the time (1-3 minutes for rhizomes and 1 minute for flowers and leaves).
Observe the operating status and immediately stop the machine for cleaning if there is any jamming.
3. Discharge:
After turning off the power, open the top cover and pour out the powder into the receiving tray.
Sift (if finer powder is required).
3、 Cleaning and maintenance
1. Cleaning residues: Use a brush to remove residues from the crushing chamber and blades, avoiding corrosive cleaning agents.
2. Component cleaning: The detachable screen and hopper should be cleaned with warm water and dried.
3. Storage: Keep in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight.
4、 Precautions
1. Safety: It is strictly prohibited to open the cover or reach into the chamber during operation.
2. Special medicinal herbs: Volatile components need to be sealed and stored. People with allergies should pay attention to protection.
