Operating standards
1、 Preparation before startup
1. Equipment inspection:
Confirm that the power supply voltage matches, the grounding wire is reliably connected, and there are no abnormalities in the electrical components.
Check whether the gearbox oil level meets the standard, whether the hopper oil cup is filled with edible oil, and whether all components are tightened without looseness.
Thoroughly disinfect the parts that come into contact with the medicinal material, such as the pill making roller and dispensing tube, with medical grade alcohol.
2. Environmental requirements:
The working environment temperature ranges from -5 ℃ to 40 ℃, humidity is less than 90%, ventilation is clean, and there is no conductive dust.
2、 Running operation
1. Material feeding control:
The medicinal materials need to be mixed evenly (sieved through a 60-100 mesh sieve) and fed into the hopper in batches in a ball shape to avoid damage to the thruster caused by hard foreign objects.
It is strictly prohibited to put hands into the hopper during feeding, and clothing and jewelry should be tightened to prevent them from getting caught in the machinery.
2. Parameter adjustment:
After the medicine strip is qualified, start the pill making process and adjust the strip and pill cutting speed synchronously through the continuously variable speed knob to ensure that the difference in pill weight is ≤ 2%.
Turn on the alcohol drip system (flow rate based on non stick blade) to prevent the medication strip from sticking to the cutting blade.
3. Shutdown process
First, turn off the power, unplug the plug, and then disassemble the components such as the thruster, pellet cutter, and dispensing tube.
Rinse residual medicinal materials with drinking water, clean them with purified water for a second time, disinfect them with 75% ethanol, and store them dry.
Maintenance methods
1、 Daily maintenance
1. Cleaning and disinfection:
After each use, disassemble the contact parts, remove the residue, wipe the rollers and working surface with alcohol to prevent cross contamination.
Wipe the surface of the entire machine with a clean cloth to prevent liquid from seeping into the circuit.
2. Lubrication management:
Before each shift, add edible oil to the hopper oil cup three times and apply a small amount of butter to the gear groove.
Regularly inject high-temperature resistant lubricating grease into each bearing and sprocket point to reduce friction loss.
2、 Regular deep maintenance
1. Component replacement:
Replace the gearbox lubricating oil every 2-5 months and thoroughly drain the waste oil.
Check the wear of the pill making knife (if the gap between the coin sticker edge detection is greater than 1mm, it needs to be replaced) and the aging of the sealing strip, and replace them in a timely manner.
2. System check:
Monthly testing of electrical circuits and switch sensitivity, and tightening of loose screws (such as compression block screws).
Check for leaks in alcohol pipelines to prevent them from causing fires.
Fault prevention and handling
1. Common problem response:
Motor not running: Check switch contacts, power plug, repair or replace components.
Pill roughness/stickiness: adjust the fineness of the powder, lubricant amount, or alcohol flow rate; Fiber containing medicinal materials need to be concentrated and processed.
Abnormal noise: Stop immediately, check for debris or oil shortage in the gear groove, clean and replenish oil.
2. Safety taboos:
Overloading operation, washing the entire machine with water, or live maintenance are strictly prohibited. Power must be cut off before disassembling components.
