By rotating the pot clockwise, the sugar coated tablets are rolled inside the pot, sliding, rubbing, and grinding to evenly distribute them on the chip. Simultaneously blowing hot air into the pot can quickly remove the surface moisture of the tablets and obtain qualified sugar coated tablets and other finished products.
Installation and Usage
1. Connect the power supply. Attention: The phase and neutral wires cannot be connected incorrectly.
2. Connect the gas source to the air pipe joint on the lower side of the machine body through a Φ 8PU tube.
3. Add coating solution to the liquid cylinder.
4. Turn on the power switch and turn on the power at this time.
5. Adjust the host speed according to the instructions for using the host speed controller.
6. Turn on the air inlet adjustment switch, and the air inlet fan will start working.
7. Adjust the temperature controller to the temperature value you need. If the actual temperature is lower than the set value, the heater power will be turned on and the heater will start heating. If the actual temperature is higher than the set value, the heater power is disconnected and the heater stops heating.
8. Turn on the spray gun switch, and the spray gun will start working. Please refer to the spray gun manual for instructions on how to use the spray gun.
After adjusting the above functions appropriately, the air compressor can be started with an air pressure of about 4-6kg/cm3.
