The maintenance of the spiral vibration dryer should be combined with the vibration characteristics and drying process characteristics. The following are the key maintenance points:
1、 Vibration system maintenance
1. Bearing lubrication: Lithium based grease (such as ZL-3) is used and replaced every dry season to avoid abnormal vibration caused by poor lubrication.
2. Amplitude monitoring: Real time monitoring of vibration speed and frequency through vibration sensors. Abnormal vibrations (such as>7.1mm/s) require immediate shutdown to check dynamic balance or bearing status.
2、 Drying system maintenance
1. Cleaning of heat exchanger: Regularly clean the dust accumulation on the fins to prevent a decrease in thermal efficiency (it is recommended to blow with high-pressure air every 200 hours).
2. Sealing inspection: Check the sealing strips at the inlet and outlet. If the air leakage rate is greater than 5%, it needs to be replaced to avoid heat loss.
3、 Electrical and Safety Protection
1. Motor maintenance: Check the tension of the drive belt (deflection ≤ 15mm), as looseness can cause slipping.
2. Grounding protection: The grounding resistance of vibration equipment should be less than 4 Ω to prevent static electricity accumulation.
4、 Periodic deep maintenance
1. Annual overhaul: Disassemble the vibrating screen to check for wear and replace screen plates with deformation>3mm; Clean the reducer and replace the lubricating oil (such as HJ-30 mechanical oil).
2. Vibration parameter calibration: Adjust the vibration intensity according to ISO 10816 standard to ensure compliance with the rated value of the equipment.
5、 Operating standards
1. Load control: Avoid overloading operation (recommended ≤ 80% of rated capacity) to prevent vibration motors from being overloaded and burned out.
2. Exception handling: If abnormal noise or sudden temperature rise (bearing temperature rise>40 ℃) is found, immediately stop the machine for troubleshooting.
