2. Check the equipment for damage, wear, looseness, and other conditions before operation to ensure equipment safety.
3. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to open the hood or perform repairs, refueling, cleaning, or other operations on the equipment while it is in operation.
4. When using the equipment, it should be ensured that the surrounding environment is quiet, clean, dry, well ventilated, and attention should be paid to anti slip, fire prevention, and explosion prevention.
5. During the operation of the equipment, standard operating procedures should be strictly followed, and overloading or excessive operation should be avoided to prevent equipment failure or accidents.
2、 Maintenance Regulations
1. During the idle period of the equipment, it should be covered with a cover and stored indoors in a dry, ventilated, and non corrosive gas environment.
2. Before and after the operation of the equipment, routine inspections and maintenance should be carried out, such as cleaning, lubrication, refueling, etc.
3. Regularly clean the dust from the electrical components and cable connections of the equipment to ensure the reliability and stability of its operation.
4. Regularly conduct comprehensive inspections and maintenance of equipment, such as checking for looseness, aging, wear and tear, and promptly repair or replace it.
5. When maintaining and servicing equipment, it is necessary to follow the equipment manual and relevant regulations for operation. It is not allowed to disassemble or change the equipment structure at will to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
