1、 Preparation before operation
1. Firstly, confirm whether the tubular separator has been correctly powered on and check if the electrical components are functioning properly.

3. Check whether each connecting pipeline is tightly connected to avoid air leakage during operation.

2、 Operation process
1. Before starting up, a portion of the pre treated liquid should be drawn out to check if the separator is operating normally. If any abnormalities are found, the machine should be stopped for inspection in a timely manner.
2. After starting up, gradually add the processing liquid to minimize material blockage in the supply pipe.
3. During the operation, monitor the flow rate at the feed inlet of the separator to avoid exceeding its processing capacity and causing equipment damage.
4. During the feeding process, regularly check whether the liquid level and solid phase pressure at the discharge port are normal.
5. After the operation is completed, the feeding pump, measuring pump and other related equipment should be turned off first, and then the power of the separator should be turned off.
3、 Cleaning after operation
1. After the operation is completed, the interior of the separator must be thoroughly cleaned, using cleaning agents or flowing water to ensure that there are no residues inside the separator.
2. After cleaning, it is necessary to dry the separator for a period of time to avoid water accumulation.
