The main shaft drives the drum to rotate at high speed around its own axis, forming a strong centrifugal force field inside the drum. The material enters the drum through the bottom feeding port, and under the action of centrifugal force, it is forced to flow upward along the inner wall of the drum, forming two concentric liquid rings along the axial direction according to its density difference. Light liquid is discharged from the light liquid outlet near the axis and recovered through the light liquid collection tray. Heavy liquid is discharged from the heavy liquid outlet near the drum wall and recovered through the heavy liquid collection tray. Trace solid slag deposits on the inner wall of the drum and is manually removed after shutdown.
