The working principle of a three legged filtration centrifuge is that the motor drives the clutch to transmit power to the drum through a triangular tape, causing the drum to rotate at high speed around its own axis, forming a centrifugal force field. The material enters the centrifugal force field inside the drum from the top material pipe, and the centrifugal force forces the material to be evenly distributed on the drum wall for liquid-liquid separation. The liquid phase passes through the solid phase material and the gap between the filter screen, and is thrown into the shell space through the drum wall hole, and discharged from the liquid outlet of the chassis of the machine. Solid phase materials are trapped in the drum and manually unloaded from the upper part after shutdown.
The three legged filtration centrifuge is mainly used in the following industries:
1. Chemical industry: gypsum, ammonium sulfate, saltpeter, iron sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, acetic acid, borax, soda, rubber additives, dyes, pigments, plastic raw materials, soap, grease, various resins, and other chemical products.
2. Food industry: salt, monosodium glutamate, food additives, chemical seasonings, starch, sugar production.
3. Pharmaceuticals: vitamins, antibiotics, and various other drugs, herbicides, insecticides, etc.
4. Mining and metallurgy: copper, zinc, aluminum, minerals, metal refining, etc.
5. Environmental protection: Treatment of acid gypsum, purified water sludge, sewage sludge, etc.
