The fully automatic blood component separator uses photosensitive elements to separate blood components from centrifuged whole blood based on the different colors of the blood components, and can automatically exhaust them. High quality blood components can be separated from commonly used blood bags without special requirements for consumables. Mainly used for separating blood components such as plasma, red blood cells, platelets, and cryoprecipitate in blood stations.
Main pressure plate and sensor:
It is the core part of the separator, and the pressure plate is used to squeeze the blood bag. There are eight sets of photoelectric sensors in the middle of the pressure plate, which are used to sense the position of the interface between plasma and red blood cells. The plasma output is controlled by the compression of the pressure plate and the data sensed by the sensors. The pressure plate can be compressed in parallel or at a certain angle, which can be set in the program menu.
Side pressure plate:
Same as the main pressure plate, but without a photoelectric sensor. Mainly used for exhaust.
Button display panel:
By pressing the buttons, users can directly select the desired program to run, and when operating, they can directly follow the prompts on the display screen to perform separation operations. The menu system makes the interaction between users and the separator more convenient and efficient.
