1. Core cycle process:
The industrial chiller includes four core components: compressor, condenser, throttling device, and evaporator. The circulation process during operation:
① The compressor compresses low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant vapor into high-temperature and high-pressure superheated vapor;
② High temperature and high pressure steam releases heat in the condenser and condenses into medium temperature and high pressure liquid refrigerant;
③ The liquid refrigerant is depressurized and cooled by a throttling device, becoming a low-temperature and low-pressure gas-liquid mixture;
④ The low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator, vaporizes into steam, and simultaneously cools the water.

2. Special design for cold water supply

Industrial chillers will be equipped with a separate water circulation system, which will be coordinated with the refrigerant circulation system for refrigeration
① The evaporator will be made into a shell and tube or plate heat exchange structure, and the water that needs to be cooled will flow through the pipes of the evaporator, exchanging heat with the refrigerant outside the pipes. The temperature of the water will decrease, becoming low-temperature cold water;
② After cooling, the cold water will be pumped to the equipment, materials or spaces that need to be cooled in industrial production. After cooling, the temperature of the water will rise and then flow back to the evaporator for further cooling, forming a water cycle.

3.main applications

Industrial chillers provide cooling for industrial equipment, such as reaction vessels, heat exchangers, molds, machine tools, injection molding machines, electroplating equipment, etc. They rely on the circulation of cold water between equipment and chillers to remove the heat generated by equipment operation, improve production efficiency, and ensure product quality.
