1. Before use, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the voltage of the power supply used is consistent with the specified voltage, and the grounding electrode of the power socket should be effectively grounded according to the regulations.
2. When powered on, avoid touching the electrical parts on the left side of the box with your hands or wiping with a damp cloth or rinsing with water.
3. The power cord should not be wrapped around metal objects or placed in high temperature or humid places to prevent rubber aging and electrical leakage.
4. The culture should not be placed too tightly inside the box to ensure smooth air flow and uniform heating. The bottom plate of the inner chamber should be close to the electric heater, and the temperature should be high, so it is not suitable to place the test substance. In the laboratory, the air vent valve should be appropriately opened to facilitate temperature regulation inside the box.
5. When valuable bacterial strains and cultures are placed in the incubator, they should be observed frequently. In case of any abnormal situation, the power should be immediately cut off to avoid accidental or unnecessary losses.
6. Do not open the temperature controller unless necessary to prevent damage.
7. After each use, the power must be cut off. Clean the inside and outside of the box.
8. Be careful of burns when using at high temperatures.
9. The fuse tube is installed in the left space inside the box. When replacing it, the side door needs to be opened and the power must be cut off.
10. Observe the temperature display at all times during the experiment to ensure that the temperature of the biochemical incubator remains at the set temperature.
11. Regularly calibrate the biochemical incubator, at least once a year.
12. It should meet the required environmental temperature and humidity for the biochemical incubator.
13. Adequate space should be left on the back and both sides for easy maintenance.
14. There is no strong vibration or corrosive gas present around.
15. Disinfect the metal frame and inner walls of the incubator with 75% alcohol every week.
