1、 Operating procedures
1. Preparation work
Before operating the oven, please make the following preparations:
(1) Confirm that the status of the power interface and power switch is normal.
(2) Confirm that there are no impurities or stains inside the box.
(3) Prepare items for drying or ozone sterilization.
2. Power on operation
Press the drying switch and turn on the power. After entering ozone sterilization mode, preheat the oven to reach the predetermined temperature and wait for the gas inside the oven to be sterilized by ozone.
3. Uninstall operation
The operator needs to wear gloves, open the oven door, take out the items to be dried or ozone sterilized from the oven, and place them on a clean workbench.
4. Shutdown operation
After completing the operation, please press the shutdown switch, turn off the power, wait for the inside of the oven to cool and dry, and then turn off the power switch.
2、 Maintenance procedures:
In order to extend the service life of the oven and ensure its effectiveness, maintenance should be carried out according to the following maintenance procedures.
1. Daily maintenance
Keep the inside of the oven dry and clean to avoid impurities and stains.
(1) Regularly check whether the switch, socket, power cord and other parts of the oven are operating normally. If any abnormal situation is found, immediately suspend use and contact maintenance personnel for inspection.
(2) Regularly check the sterilization effect of the oven. If poor sterilization effect is found, increase the amount of ozone generated or extend the ozone sterilization time for treatment. Regularly replace ozone lamps to ensure the normal use of the oven.
2. Long term maintenance
(1) Regularly inspect the oventhoroughlyClean and disinfect the interior and accessories of the oven.
(2) Regularly lubricate and maintain the oven, such as lubricating mechanical components such as bearings and motors.
(3) Regularly replace the filter paper of the oven to ensure normal ventilation and filtration efficiency of the oven.
