The oscillating screen has a wide range of applications, strong adaptability, and does not require too many requirements for the particle size and humidity of the transported materials, so it is widely used in many professions.
When the oscillating sieve is used as a dual body tissue, its structure consists of a groove body (upper body), a frame (lower body), a main vibration tension spring, an isolation tension spring, a support tension spring, a support swing rod (also known as a guide link), a drive link, an eccentric shaft, as well as an electric motor, pulley, and triangular tape.

Factors affecting the screening efficiency of oscillating screens:
1. Sieve size and particle size:
The commonly used sieve holes on the surface of the sieve are circular holes (round holes) and square holes (square holes). The size of the sieve holes is represented by diameter and side length in the classification of round hole and square hole screening. The possibility of material passing through the sieve holes, the particle size of the undersized material, and the useful area of the sieve surface are all formed. For different sieve particle screening classifiers, we combine the relationship between the particle size of the undersized material and the sieve hole size with the actual state and the need for comparative analysis to obtain a sieve surface opening rate of 45% and a sieve hole size of 13 millimeters.
2. The screening and grading efficiency of circular and square hole screens with different surface lengths:
Under normal circumstances, the diameter of the screen mesh surface determines the processing requirements of the screening machinery. The wider the screen mesh surface, the greater the processing requirements; The length of the screen surface determines the screening and grading efficiency of the screening machinery. The longer the screen surface, the higher the efficiency. However, it is not necessarily the case that the longer the screen surface length, the better. This is because when the screen surface length increases to a certain value, it continues to increase, and the growth rate of screening and grading efficiency is not very high. However, if the screen surface is too long, it will cause problems such as coarse benzene in the structure of the screening machine and waste of factory space. Therefore, the appropriate length of the screen surface is important for the development of screen surface length to improve screening and grading efficiency.
When developing the effect of screen surface size on screening and grading efficiency, the diameter series of the screen surface of the screening machinery increased at intervals of 0.3m, and the length series increased at intervals of 0.6m. In the experimental development, the screen surface size decreased by 1:10, so the screen surface length increased by an integer multiple of 60mm.
With the injection of the surface length of the sieve, the time required for the screening and grading process of the circular hole sieve and the square hole sieve to conform to the stable state becomes longer and longer. At this time, the screening and grading efficiency gradually improves. The screening and grading efficiency of the circular hole sieve is between 70.24% and 88.21%, and the screening and grading efficiency of the square hole sieve is between 95.74% and 99.59%. Under the same screening and grading conditions, spherical particles on the circular hole sieve and the square hole sieve with the same surface length of the sieve, when the screening and grading process conforms to the stable state, the screening and grading efficiency of the square hole sieve is higher than that of the circular hole sieve.
