1、 Daily inspection and basic maintenance
1. Vacuum system inspection
Before each use, check the sealing of the vacuum pump, pipeline connections, and packing box to ensure no leaks and that the sensitivity of the vacuum gauge meets the requirements.
After turning on the machine, observe whether the vacuum degree is stable within the set range (usually 600-755mmHg). If there is any abnormality, check for filter bag blockage or vacuum pipeline damage.
2. Heating and cooling system monitoring
Regularly calibrate thermometers and pressure gauges to ensure that the temperature of the heat carrier (hot water, steam, or thermal oil) remains stable within the required process range.
Check if the condenser drain is unobstructed, and the cooling water pressure should be ≥ 0.1MPa to avoid a decrease in cooling efficiency due to poor heat dissipation.
3. Lubrication of transmission components
Supplement composite calcium based lubricating grease for chains, bearings, and other parts every month, replace lubricating oil for turbine reducers every six months, and ensure no abnormal noise when the motor is idling.
Regularly adjust the belt tension to prevent a decrease in transmission efficiency due to looseness.
2、 Cleaning and filtration maintenance
1. Equipment body cleaning
Thoroughly clean the residual materials inside the cylinder after each drying process to prevent clumping or corrosion.
Regularly clean the surface and internal pipelines of the condenser, remove dust and scale, and maintain heat exchange efficiency.
2. Maintenance of vacuum filtration system
Clean the powder around the filter bag after each use, replace the clogged filter bag to maintain smooth vacuum pumping.
Check whether the material and specifications of the vacuum port filter bag are suitable for the current material characteristics (such as particle size).
3、 Electrical and safety maintenance
1. Electrical control system inspection
Regularly check whether the grounding wire of the electrical control cabinet is intact, avoid the risk of leakage, and ensure that the instruments, buttons, and indicator lights function properly.
During shutdown maintenance, the power supply should be cut off to prevent mechanical injury caused by accidental start-up.
2. Safety protection measures
Check the grounding reliability of the equipment casing, prohibit stacking debris in the operating area, and ensure that the emergency stop function is effective.
During maintenance, it is necessary to close the heat source valve to avoid accidental leakage of high-temperature media and burns to personnel.
4、 Special maintenance and fault prevention
1. Sealing ring and bearing maintenance
Check the wear of the cylinder sealing ring every quarter, and replace it promptly when the seal fails to prevent vacuum leakage.
Monitor the running noise of bearings, abnormal sounds may indicate insufficient lubrication or component damage, and the machine needs to be stopped for troubleshooting.
2. Maintenance of refrigeration system
Regularly clean the water-cooled condenser or clean the surface dust of the air-cooled condenser, and conduct a comprehensive cleaning at least once a year.
The oil level in the compressor crankcase should be maintained at 1/4~3/4, and the refrigeration oil should be replaced every six months to avoid wear caused by deteriorating oil quality.
5、 Precautions
1. Feeding control: The loading capacity of materials should not exceed 50% of the cylinder volume to avoid overloading and abnormal vibration of the transmission system.
2. Heat source operation: When turning on steam or thermal oil, it is necessary to slowly apply pressure to prevent thermal shock from damaging the jacket structure.
3. Emergency response: In case of high pressure alarm or oil pressure difference alarm, immediately stop the machine and check the refrigerant dosage, cooling system or oil circuit status.
